• 10:45 – 11:30 – Second Lecture by Irina Kalniņa-Dobrovoļska from Latvia, cosmetician, preventive anti-age medicine doctor, self-employed, Chairman of the BBP Ltd, with the topic: Neurocosmetics: What It Is and Its Principles.
• 11:30 – 13:00 – Third Lecture – Dr. Sigita Silina from Latvia, acupuncturist and preventive anti-age medicine doctor, self-employed, will speak on: The Impact of Gut Microbiome on Skin Microbiome
• 13:00 – Lunch
• 14:00 – 15:30 – Fourth Lecture – Anna Marcjasz, official lecturer from Arkana Cosmetics, Poland, will discuss: Application of Exosomes, Exerkines, and Microbiome in Next-Generation Cosmetic Products
• 15:30 – 17:00 – Procedure Demonstration by Irina Voronina – cosmetician, trainer at Arkana Cosmetics from Estonia, focusing on skin care for rosacea and couperose-prone skin using neurocosmetics
• 17:00 – 17:45 – Q&A session
• 17:45 – 19:00 – Evening Session – music, light snacks, refreshing drinks, and networking with conference participants and lecturers
