DELIVERY METHODS

Pickup points

In Latvia and the Baltics

  • Free delivery in Latvia and the Baltics to DPD and Omniva Pickup points for orders over 100.00 EUR;

  • For orders under 100.00 EUR, delivery fee to DPD and Omniva Pickup points depending on the price of the deliverer

In LATVIA:

Parcels in DPD and omniva parcel machine:

  • S size – 3,50 EUR
  • M size – 4,50 EUR
  • L size – 5,50 EUR

In Estonia and Lithuania:

Parcels in DPD and omniva parcel machine:

  • S size – 6,50 EUR
  • M size – 7,50 EUR
  • L size – 8,50 EUR

Courier

  • Free delivery in Latvia and the Baltics with a courier for orders over 250.00 EUR;

  • For orders under 250.00 EUR, delivery fee with a courier depending on the deliverer’s price.

In LATVIA:

  • Riga – 5.50 EUR
  • Outside Riga (territory of Latvia) – 9,00 EUR

In Estonia and Lithuania:

  • 12,00 EUR

In Europe and in other countries:

  • DHL express of economy selection

Picking up your order at the BBP office

  • You can pick up your order free of charge in our office. Please agree on the time of your visit!

Delivery time

Order delivery time in Baltics is 1–5 working days, in Europe and in other countries it depends on DHL express or economy selection time frames. Delivery of orders placed at the time of sale may take a little longer than usual.

If you have been sent a notice of shipment of goods, but you have not received it within the deadline, please contact us in any way, indicate the order number and we will find your package!
Please note that:

  • If you have chosen delivery by a courier, please indicate a delivery address where you will be able to be present and receive the order on working days, from 9:00 to 18:00.

  • Please provide a valid phone number and detailed address. Please provide all necessary additional information, such as the door code, so that the courier can deliver on time. If the address is inaccurate or incorrect, this delivery time may be extended.

  • At the moment of delivery, the courier has the right to ask for the order number and/or an identity document (passport, ID card or a driver’s license) to verify the identity of the recipient and record the last 5 digits of the document number.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer who receives the goods outside the European Union to cover all customs clearance costs.

Return of orders and the right of withdrawal

You have the right to reject the purchased order within 14 days after receiving it by sending it by post/courier or by arriving in person at our office (Artilerijas street 69, Riga, LV-1009). The goods must be unused and undamaged, and a printed order confirmation must accompany them. Return costs are borne by the customer.

BBP will refund the money received to the payer’s account within 3 working days from the day of receipt of the returned goods, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.

 

If you want to return an order, the purchase of which ensured that you received a gift (for example, you received a gift for a certain purchase amount or for the purchase of a certain product), you must also return the received gift. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the returned amount.

Return of damaged products

If you have received a damaged order, please contact us by e‑mail: info@vitalitate.lv or info@vitalitate.eu or phone: +371 24425544. Damaged products or orders can be returned within 14 days from the day the products have been received.
